Privacy

The short version: this website doesn't track you, and our apps keep your data on your Mac.

This website

• There are no cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Pages load files only from bitcolossus.com.
• The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser user agent and the pages you request, and keeps logs for a limited time. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• We use Cloudflare's dashboard to see aggregate information, such as how often a page or download is requested.

StayAwake

StayAwake collects no data. It contains no analytics and makes no network requests.

BWH Monitor

• You enter your VEID and API key yourself. They are checked against BandwagonHost's API and stored only on your Mac, inside the app's sandbox container.
• The app sends them only to BandwagonHost's API at api.64clouds.com, to read your VPS's usage and service details.
• BWH Monitor contains no analytics, and nothing is sent to BitColossus.
• Alerts are delivered locally by macOS notifications.

Purchases

Paid apps are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. It processes payments, taxes and receipts under its own privacy policy. Lemon Squeezy shares order details with us, such as your name, email address and what you bought, so we can deliver your purchase and help if something goes wrong. We never receive your full card details.
